Hydrophilic membranes are water loving — solid in structure yet allowing water molecules to pass through driven by greater heat and density to give a highly breathable membrane.
As well as being waterproof, hydrophilic membranes act as a viral barrier and are resistant to blood borne pathogens.
They are also soft and quiet in use, with excellent handle and drape.
